Exterior Guard Topcoat Semi Gloss Acrylic Fire Resistant Paint is a water base, general purpose fire resistant paint, designed for use on all Exterior surfaces, except floors, where maximum durability coupled with fire resistance is required. It dries quickly to a scrub resistant, water resistant film that is easy to clean and possesses excellent adhesion, flexibility and toughness. Exterior Guard Topcoat is also used as an overcoat on Exterior Guard Basecoat Intumescent paint to provide the required weather resistance. Available in White and Black. May be tinted with most universal tint colorants to a range of pastel shades.The base product of Exterior Guard Topcoat provides the following ULC S-102 ratings.
